Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant

Synergi is recruiting an experienced Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join their growing team in Gateshead. The role involves implementing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 products and services to high-profile customers, with a focus on presales support, requirements gathering, and design, delivery, and support. Key responsibilities include engaging with customers, understanding business processes, and providing advice and consultancy.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail
• Proficient with Power Platforms such as Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Pages
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with technical and non-technical clients
• Demonstrable experience as a MS Dynamics 365 Consultant
• Demonstrable experience implementing and providing scoping, design, documentation, and training to clients autonomously
