Building Inspector, Senior

Performs senior level inspections of building, framing, footing/slabs, HVAC, and plumbing installations for code compliance. Assists with employee performance appraisals, directs work, and trains staff. Communicates with building owners, contractors, and the public regarding codes and inspection procedures.

Requirements

• Associate's degree required
• Three years of experience in building trades or construction inspections
• International Code Council (ICC) Residential and Commercial Building Inspections Certification
• Valid Georgia driver’s license
