Librarian

The Librarian provides library services involving development and maintenance of library programs, curricula, collections, as well as advanced library services. They provide direction, guidance, and assistance to employees, volunteers, and community service workers, and provide customer service to library patrons and the public.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Library and Information Science from an American Library Association accredited graduate school required
• Previous experience in library services, education, or customer service is preferred
• Must possess and maintain a valid Georgia driver's license
• Must possess and maintain licensure from the Georgia State Board for the Certification of Librarians within six months of employment
