Job Description
dcbel is a growing company building next-generation hardware and software for a future lead by electric vehicles (EVs) and distributed energy technologies like solar panels and battery storage. The company is looking for a Senior DevOps Specialist to work in their growing team, playing an important role in deploying, improving and maintaining Cloud applications and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of experience delivering various Cloud services and applications in a DevOps or related software development role
- In-depth knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git
- Deep expertise in IaC tools such as Terraform and Bicep
- Strong experience with managing Helm charts for packaging, deploying, and managing Kubernetes applications
- Experience with ArgoCD or FluxCD
- Experience with Azure DevOps YAML pipelines or Github actions/workflow, GitLab
- Hands-on experience in Linux, Windows, and Mac administration
- Strong knowledge of cloud and Kubernetes networking (virtual network, load balancers, ingress controllers, network policies, service meshes)
- Understanding and experience with Full Stack Development
- Experience with C#,.net 9, Visual Studio, Azure (Microsoft tech stack) is a plus
- Understanding of microservice architecture is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Working proficiency in French an asset
- Adaptable to emerging technologies
- Adept at translating theory into practice and capable of effective execution
