Customer Service Representative (Remote)

DCCreations Travel is searching for hardworking, energetic, and enthusiastic individuals to plan dream vacations for clients. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for coordinating all trip components including, air, hotels, car rentals, theme park tickets, event tickets and any other travel needs necessary for corporate and leisure travelers.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a smartphone, tablet and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access
• Must be willing to learn and be coachable
• Must be self-motivated and have a passion for helping others
• Open to and comfortable with various Social Media platforms
• Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (sales or customer service background a plus but not required)
• Detail oriented with good organizational skills
• Must be comfortable working with minimal supervision
