Educational Assistant I

Provides assistance to teachers in working with students, clerical tasks, and other functions. Develops and promotes good community relations among various community members and school clientele.

Requirements

• Provides assistance to teachers in working with students, clerical tasks, and other functions
• Develops and promotes good community relations among various community members and school clientele
• Maintains instructional materials and/or manual and electronic files/
• Assists students, individually or in small groups, with lesson assignments
• Administers minor first aid for the purpose of meeting immediate health care needs
• Mediates student conflicts to ensure a safe educational environment
