Job Description
As a Residential Program Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities in their daily lives. You will work closely with them and your employees, managing all of the day-to-day operations of the residence. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a tangible difference.
Requirements
- High School Diploma, BA/BS preferred
- Two years experience working with developmentally disabled adults
- Valid NYS driver’s license
- Working knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis and Positive Behavioral Support
