Requirements

• Tackle things and get energy from guests to provide a top evening
• Recognize regular guests and adapt to their wishes
• Be flexible and work at least 32 hours a week, including at least one day on the weekend
• Be proactive and energetic, and bring others along with your enthusiasm
• Have experience in a comparable role in the catering industry
• Have a natural authority and understand the importance of good example
