Data Team Specialist

As an Integration Specialist, you will set up and manage inventory data imports and exports for dealership clients, working with customers, third-party providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless data connections.

Requirements

• 2+ years of customer service or technical support experience
• Exposure to SQL and relational databases; ability to write and interpret simple queries
• Strong general technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users with patience and clarity
• Professional and articulate phone presence
