Job Description
DTI is seeking an Energetic SMT Production Supervisor to establish and evaluate the SMT and selective soldering processes. This role involves both manufacturing engineering support and production supervision, requiring a team player with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Requirements
- Able to program equipment and understand the SMT processes.
- Knowledge of problem reporting tools and IPC/ANSI standards.
- High responsiveness and strong problem-solving skills.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- 5+ years of experience supervising electronic manufacturing personnel and/or SMT production workers.
