Requirements
- Manage and grow sales within the assigned West Coast territory
- Develop new OEM and strategic customer relationships
- Maintain and expand existing key accounts through consultative selling
- Collaborate with applications engineering to support technical sales efforts
- Identify new market opportunities and emerging customer needs
- Work closely with manufacturer partners to execute regional sales strategies
- Track opportunities and maintain accurate NBD (new business) forecasts in CRM tools
- Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events as required
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management
