At Debenhams Group, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ecommerce Assistant to support our Ecommerce teams across our boohoo and PrettyLittleThing brands in delivering seamless, engaging, and high-converting online experiences.
Requirements
- Upload, update, and maintain product listings
- Ensure accuracy of product categorization and uploading products for product copy via AI tools
- Conduct routine quality assurance (QA) checks to ensure site functionality and content accuracy
- Monitor site navigation, search functionality for usability issues
- Identify and report bugs, broken links, and performance issues
- Assist with A/B testing initiatives and personalization efforts
- Coordinate digital merchandising updates in line with marketing campaigns
- Track and report on key ecommerce KPIs
- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance dashboards
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights
- Monitor site traffic and customer behavior trends
- Work closely with Marketing, Design, Product, and IT teams to ensure cohesive digital execution
- Coordinate with Customer Service to address recurring customer pain points
