Senior Menswear Designer position at Debenhams Group, responsible for driving the brand forward through innovative design and commercial awareness, leading by example and supporting junior designers.

Requirements

• Lead the design and development of trend-led, commercially viable products across multiple categories
• Manage projects and design timelines from concept through to final delivery
• Support, mentor, and motivate junior designers
• Collaborate closely with Buying, Product Development, and QA teams
