Germany Market Lead (Growth & Strategy)

At Deblock, we are building the first bank onchain: simple, non-custodial, and human. We are looking for our Germany Market Lead - the operational engine and local face of our expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Investment Banking, or high-growth B2C startup
• Analytical rigor and ability to build models, decks, and project plans
• B2C marketing DNA and understanding of customer acquisition funnels
• Public speaking and negotiation skills
• B2C growth experience in the DACH market
• Regulatory nuances and consumer protection knowledge in Germany
• Strong network in German fintech, media, and local payment platforms
