Debut is an innovation lab developing sustainable, climate-positive products through biotechnology. We're seeking a Senior Formulation Chemist to support the development of skincare and color cosmetic products.
Requirements
- Formulate and optimize skincare, suncare, and color cosmetics
- Monitor scientific literature and market developments
- Manage multiple projects with defined objectives and deadlines
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges
- Collaborate with quality, safety, and regulatory teams
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct stability studies and analyze results
- Support scale-up activities and laboratory operations
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to quality system
