Job Description
Decagon is a leading conversational AI platform empowering brands to deliver personalized customer experiences. They are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to conduct in-depth analyses, design experiments, and build scalable analytical frameworks. The role will focus on data-driven decision-making, measurement, and influencing strategic decisions across Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems, translate them into analytical approaches, and deliver business impact through data.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python, with a solid foundation in statistics and experimental design.
- 5+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or a related field at a high-growth or scaled technology company.
- Proven track record of designing, running, and analyzing experiments at scale.
