- Promote related services and continuously update your technical knowledge
- Engage with customers through various channels
- Sell complete solutions tailored to each customer
- Identify and track customer preferences through their account
- Set up and organize displays to attract and inform customers
- Adapt your merchandising to match sales activity and trends
