Job Description
Decentralized Masters is a DeFi education company seeking a Compliance Lead to oversee legal and regulatory compliance across the organization. The Compliance Lead will build infrastructure, enforce standards, and manage external counsel relationships to ensure the company's growth is done the right way.
Requirements
- Background in compliance, legal, or risk management role
- Familiarity with crypto, DeFi, or fintech regulatory landscape
- Hands-on knowledge of FTC Endorsement Guides, TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and Publisher's Exemption
- Direct exposure to affiliate ecosystem compliance
- Experience reviewing marketing copy, VSLs, email sequences, and webinar scripts for compliance risk
