Requirements

• 15+ years of construction and project management experience
• Bachelor's degree in construction, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, project management, or related technical field
• Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, contract management, project delivery methods, building systems/components, and technology
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate with any audience clearly and accurately
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
