Job Description
We are seeking a driven and strategic Medical Director, Clinical Development to lead clinical development efforts across one or more early- or late-stage programs. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to shape clinical strategy, serve as medical monitor, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive execution.
Requirements
- MD (or equivalent) with 8+ years of academic/industry experience, including 3+ years in clinical trials
- Proven experience in trial design, execution, and medical monitoring
- Strong understanding of GCP/ICH and global regulatory standards
- Familiarity with data review tools (e.g., Rave, J-Review, Spotfire)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
