The Vice President, US Market Access is responsible for developing and executing the market access strategy to ensure that patients, providers, and payers have appropriate, timely, and sustainable access to the company's portfolio of rare oncology therapies and future specialty products.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, business, public policy, or a related field
- 15+ years of progressive experience in U.S. market access, managed markets, or payer strategy roles within the biopharmaceutical industry
- Demonstrated success leading market access and reimbursement strategies for rare disease, oncology, or specialty products
- Strong leadership record managing and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of U.S. payer systems, including commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid segments
