Vice President, US Market Access

The Vice President, US Market Access is responsible for developing and executing the market access strategy to ensure patients, providers, and payers have access to the company's rare oncology therapies and future specialty products. This role leads a team of professionals and serves as a key member of the US Commercial Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health economics, business, public policy, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in U.S. market access, managed markets, or payer strategy roles within the biopharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated success leading market access and reimbursement strategies for rare disease, oncology, or specialty products
• Strong leadership record managing and developing high-performing, cross-functional teams
• Deep understanding of U.S. payer systems, including commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid segments
• Experience integrating market access strategy with commercial, medical, and HEOR functions
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, with ability to interpret complex data and apply insights to strategy
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with ability to engage effectively at executive and operational levels
