Job Description
DecisionPoint Corporation is seeking a Program Administration Specialist II to join our IRS Operations Service Support (OSS) Support Services team. The role involves updating the IRS' HP Asset Manager database and working closely with Project and Task Managers to support administrative functions.
Requirements
- Active Public Trust Clearance or ability to obtain Public Trust clearance
- Completed IRS Minimum Background Investigation or ability to clear IRS Minimum Background Investigation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Experience with ticket management systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to assist Project and Task Managers with various administrative tasks
