Job Description
We're looking for a Creative Producer to join our Dream Team. As a Creative Producer, you'll lead the coordination and delivery of photoshoots from end to end, ensuring everything lands on time, on brief and on budget.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in a creative production, studio coordination or content production role, ideally within fashion/retail
- Experience coordinating photoshoots from pre-production to post-production
- Strong understanding of asset delivery workflows, retouching processes and file management
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Creative, Digital and Buying
- Exposure to managing external suppliers including photographers, videographers and freelancers
- Confidence tracking budgets, reconciling costs and keeping production spend on track
- Strong planning, scheduling and workflow management capability
- Excellent communication skills with a clear, direct and collaborative approach
- A calm, adaptable mindset and the ability to problem-solve quickly under pressure
- Commercial awareness and the ability to balance creative outcomes with timeframes and budgets
