Job Description
The Maintenance Technician will perform skilled and semi-skilled maintenance activities, including patching and painting walls, replacing lights, and repairing racking and office furniture. They will also perform minor troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on conveyor equipment.
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience with facility maintenance in a medium to large distribution center or manufacturing operation
- 2-4 years experience working around conveyors, pneumatics, AC/DC motor skills and industrial electrical systems
- Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals
- Experience working effectively under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities
- Highly motivated, a team player and motivated self-starter
- Knowledge of OSHA compliance is a plus
- Conversational Spanish skills a plus
- Experienced with hand and power tools
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
- Experience in using Microsoft Outlook and Word programs
