As an Assistant Store Manager for HOKA at Cheshire Oaks Outlet, you will partner with the Store Manager to develop team members, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate the company's values and mission. You will strive for the highest level of customer service, collaborate with the Marketing team, and develop store strategies to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
- Solid Retail Management experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team and customers.
- Ability to be agile to meet the needs of the business, within and beyond the four walls of the store
- Experience coordinating and hosting in-store events
- Fantastic problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges
