Assistant Store Manager, UGG

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will partner closely with the Store Manager to develop team members, provide excellent customer service, and communicate the company's values, vision, and mission. You will aid in the day-to-day operations of the store, including training, operations, sales, visual merchandising, inventory management, store administration, and customer service.

Requirements

• Two (2) to four (4) years minimum retail store management experience
• Associates Degree (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the UGG and Deckers Brands Vision and Mission
• Excellent project management skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work through challenges
• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
