Payroll Coordinator

We are seeking a Payroll Coordinator to support accurate, timely payroll processing for North American entities, ensuring data integrity, resolving exceptions, and delivering essential reporting to departments and agencies.

Requirements

• FPC (Fundamental Payroll Certification), or actively pursuing certification
• Experience supporting payroll implementations, upgrades, testing, and/or parallel runs
• Experience administering garnishments and benefits deductions
• 2+ years of payroll experience, including multi-entity and/or multi-state processing
• Working knowledge of payroll controls and compliance requirements
• Experience with time and attendance and payroll systems; ability to troubleshoot errors and resolve exceptions
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to produce reconciled payroll reports
