Job Description
Supervises and coordinates the activities and associates of the Returns Department, responsible for accuracy and punctuality of all returns, and assists the Operations Manager with returns record keeping and staffing needs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of leadership related experience
- 1-2 years of returns department or similar experience
- Experience using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, WMS system experience, similar or same supply chain software being used currently at the site
