Bilingual Eligibility Representative

The Bilingual Eligibility Representative will determine patient eligibility for State, Federal, County, Medical or Disability Assistance and assist with the application process. This role requires a compassionate and empathetic patient-advocacy approach.

Requirements

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in eligibility, insurance, or patient advocacy
