Data Operations & Intelligence Lead

Dedale is a company that delivers strategic intelligence to investors and corporates, with a focus on North America and Europe. The company is looking for a Data Operations & Intelligence Lead to lead their data production team and partner with the Data Engineering Lead to set the standard for excellence in data and intelligence at Dedale.

Requirements

• 5+ years in research, intelligence, knowledge management, consulting, or content-driven data roles
• At least 2 years leading a team
• Editorial judgment
• Track record designing taxonomies, ontologies or research frameworks for complex domains
• Experience scaling team operations: SOPs, quality controls, throughput KPIs, capacity planning
• Comfortable in technical conversations
• Hands-on with modern AI tooling
• Comfortable working across Manila–Paris timezones and as part of a remote co-leadership
• Fluent English
