Join our team as an Application Specialist (m/f/d) for Fachsupport in Medizincontrolling/LKF- and DRG-Workplace. Process customer inquiries and fault reports, support customers, and participate in the development of our medical control products. Work remotely or in our office in Bonn, Vienna, or other locations in the D-A-CH region.
Requirements
- Processing and documentation of customer inquiries and fault reports
- Support and guidance for customer inquiries to ORBIS and working processes
- Error search, analysis, and correction in the configuration and on the database
- Classification and identification of error sources in the software and qualified handover to the development department
- Participation in the 24x7 alert service
