Join our Team and become an Application Specialist for ORBIS. You will be the point of contact for our customers and support them in using the system. You will analyze customer processes, develop solutions, and provide training and presentations to inform them about new features in future software releases.
Requirements
- Completed degree in medical-technical / medical-care field
- Experience in analyzing existing processes and developing optimization concepts
- Experience with specific hospital information systems such as ORBIS or other solutions (advantageous)
- Experience in the field of billing or medical control (desirable)
- Knowledge of control and planning of function rooms in the inpatient / outpatient sector (valuable)
- Prior knowledge of the Austrian healthcare market (asset)
- Fluency in German and English (writing and speaking)
- Motivation to learn new topics in the hospital environment
- Social skills and willingness to work with customers to find solutions
