Join our Team as a Technical Deployment Consultant at Dedalus, a leading healthcare software publisher, and make healthcare safer, better, and more reliable. You'll be responsible for deploying Patient Information Systems and Connected Care Solutions.

Requirements

• Installing, synchronizing, updating and migrating databases, operating systems and Dedalus or third-party products
• Configuring, personalizing and integrating hardware or software components in the IT infrastructure
• Respecting the project budget to obtain billable days
• Documenting/communicating in accordance with project directives
• Elaborating the technical test plan in compliance with the expected technical perimeter and validating the services based on the test plan
• Analyzing customer-specific requests in accordance with customer contract specifications and instructions
• Providing assistance for testing new products
• Transferring knowledge and training customers and personnel in the operation of the solution
