Job Description
Join our team as a Senior Project Manager – Electronic Health Record at Dedalus, one of the world’s leading healthcare technology companies, to shape how Electronic Health Record (EHR) program is delivered to the first ANZ clients across the region with the aim of enabling better care.
Requirements
- 10+ years senior project/program delivery experience in enterprise or healthcare IT
- Experience in planning and mobilising complex platform implementations
- Proven ability to define execution frameworks and then operationalise them
- Experience working across Product, Clinical and Technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Business or related field
- PRINCE2, PMBOK, MSP or equivalent certification
- Advanced experience with planning tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence or similar)
- EMR/EHR implementation experience (e.g. ORBIS, Cerner, Epic, Meditech)
- Experience creating implementation playbooks or deployment frameworks
- Understanding of clinical safety and regulatory environments
- Technical understanding of on-premise and cloud hosted solutions
- Healthcare workflow and operational knowledge
- Strong analytical thinking and questioning mindset
