Job Description
Service Delivery Manager in charge of delivering IT infrastructure projects to customers, managing pilot projects, and steering activities and changes to maintain IT operations. The role involves providing excellent work with a sustainable contribution to better care and a healthier planet.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience in IT project management, especially in the healthcare sector
- Knowledge of current IT infrastructure solutions
- Project management skills and experience with project management tools
- Knowledge of contract law and experience in contractually compliant project execution
- Practical experience in operational IT processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as customer- and service-oriented teamwork
- Good English knowledge
