Accounts Payable Specialist I

Deel is an all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams, and we're seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist I to manage our company's accounts payable functions, ensuring accuracy in invoicing, payments, and record-keeping.

Requirements

• 2+ years in accounts payable or finance role
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Knowledge of AP processes and reconciliation
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage a high volume of transactions
• Familiar with accounting best practices and tax requirements
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Excel
