Sales Development Representative, Deel IT | ANZ

Deel is the all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be playing a crucial role in breaking into new accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of all of our target customer segments.

Requirements

• Experience in a sales development or similar inbound & outbound commercial role in a SAAS/Tech based industry preferred.
• Based in Australia and prior experience of hunting in the Australia region
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn
• Ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role
• Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus
