Job Description
Deep Sync is seeking a Principal Engineering Manager (Head of AI) to lead the Agentic Platform team in India, architecting a next-generation AI platform and driving AI product roadmap.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of total software engineering experience, with at least 4+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
- AI/Agentic Expertise: Deep understanding of the Agentic AI landscape (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel) and experience building autonomous agent workflows.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level programming skills in Python; proficiency in Java or C++ is a plus.
- Cloud & Scale: Experience designing scalable systems on cloud platforms (AWS preferred) and using containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Founding Mindset: Previous experience in a startup environment or as a founding member of a new team/product vertical is highly desirable.
