Senior Technical Recruiter

Deepgram is the leading voice AI platform for developers building speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS) and full speech-to-speech (STS) offerings. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you'll own full-cycle recruiting for senior and hard-to-fill technical roles across Research, Engineering, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles
• Demonstrated success hiring across Engineering and/or Research-heavy teams
• Hands-on experience leading global expansion efforts, including hiring across multiple countries or regions
• Strong technical literacy
• Proven ability to source and close senior-level and highly specialized technical talent in competitive, international markets
