Solutions Architect (EST or PST)

Deepgram is seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join their Applied Engineering team. The role involves direct customer engagement, technical problem solving, and creating scalable solutions to enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong software engineering background, experience in technical support, and a passion for applying engineering principles to customer-facing challenges.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• Strong software engineering background with professional development experience in at least one modern programming language
• Experience developing automation solutions and improving technical processes
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
