Job Description
Deepgram is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their Applied Engineering (AppEng) team. This role focuses on engaging with customers to solve complex technical challenges, building scalable solutions, and enhancing support infrastructure. The ideal candidate has a strong engineering background, experience in technical support, and a passion for improving customer experiences through the application of AI.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
- Strong software engineering background with professional development experience in at least one modern programming language
- Experience developing automation solutions and improving technical processes
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in production environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
