Identify and plan PMIS system components, conduct research, develop documents, and monitor system configuration. Prepare specialized documents and reports, and oversee testing during installation. Develop work methods flows and procedures, and evaluate system performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, IT, or a related field from an accredited university
- At least 10 years of experience using project management software
- Experience working with Project Management Offices (PMOs)
- Experience working as a PMIS specialist or expert using Oracle Unifier
- Experience with other PMIS systems is a plus (such as SAP and PMWeb)
- Experience in System design, BASIC (programming language).Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Computer-Aided Software Engineering Tools and Computing and Networking Solutions
- Proficiency in Oracle Unifier Administrator
- Experience developing dashboards, especially using PowerBI
- Advanced expertise in their field, the ability to solve complex problems, and the capacity to innovate and improve processes within the government context
- PMP from PMI
- Power BI certificate
- Training and certification in HTML, XML, XSL, XPATH, JAVASCRIPT, JQUERY, CSS, KPI,SCRUM,ITIL,AVA
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
