Deerns, a multinational consultancy, design, and engineering firm, is seeking a Country Finance Manager for its Italian entity. The role involves executing financial control, providing financial management information, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
Requirements
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 8ā10 years of progressive experience in Finance or Controlling roles
- Proven experience in country-level financial management, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements
- Solid background in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and treasury management, financial analysis, and the use of ERP and reporting systems
- Experience in professional services, engineering, consulting, or project-based environments
- Fluent in Italian and English
