Senior Business Analyst - CRM (Banking)

We are looking for a senior functional Business Analyst to work onsite in Riyadh within large-scale banking and CRM programs, focusing on Real Estate Finance and Mortgage. The role requires strong domain understanding in banking and mortgage journeys, with a focus on CRM initiatives and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services
• Strong hands-on experience in Real Estate Finance and Mortgage processes
• Solid understanding of mortgage lifecycle, credit assessment, and collateral handling
• Strong experience in CRM projects (Siebel experience is a strong advantage)
• Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and requirement management tools
• Strong analytical thinking and structured documentation skills
• Proven ability to work closely with business stakeholders in client-facing environments
• Experience in the Saudi banking sector
• Practical familiarity with Saudi banking regulations and government-integrated banking services (e.g., KYC, credit scoring integrations)
• Fluent English written and spoken; Arabic or Turkish is a plus
• Ability to operate effectively in an onsite, fast-paced banking environment
