Senior Financial Controller

Senior Financial Controller to lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, prepare and review consolidated financial statements, and manage budgeting and forecasting cycles. Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to the Head of Finance and Senior Leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's or CPA/ACCA certification is a strong plus)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial controlling, audit, or financial reporting
• Experience in the technology sector or fast-growth companies preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards; experience in multi-entity consolidation is an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI) preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills especially in a multicultural environment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and constantly changing environment
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines
