Job Description
DeHamer Landscaping is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to lead and execute high-quality landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in landscape construction, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in landscape construction with a strong emphasis on softscape work
- Crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
- Experience with grading, drainage, planting, sod, and retaining wall construction
- Ability to read and interpret landscape plans, grades, and elevations
- Experience operating landscape construction equipment
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Solid organizational and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lead from DeHamer Landscaping’s Mission, Vision, and Values
- Valid and clean driver’s license (CDL Class A preferred)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods
