Job Description
The Machinist/Toolmaker is a self-driven worker who performs the programming and operation of various machine tools, with great attention to detail and proficiency in multitasking.
Requirements
- 5-8 years' relevant machining experience
- Experience with the set-up and operation of milling machines, lathes, CNC machines, and precision measuring equipment
- Familiarity and skill with all commonly used machine tools
- Familiarity with injection mold fabrication and assembly, including grinding and fitting
- Proficiency with SolidWorks and SolidCam, as well as 3 and 4 axis machining
- Sinker and wire EDM experience a plus
- Proficient with blueprint reading
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Demonstrated longevity and growth within positions
