Job Description
Our client, a leading company in tunnel excavation, construction of wells and mines management, is looking for a Shift Foreman to oversee the execution of work, manage teams, and ensure compliance with safety rules and technical specifications.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
- Diploma in Engineering
- Good knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems
- Ability to diagnose and solve technical problems
- Ability to manage a team (5-8 people)
- Team spirit, responsibility, and professionalism
- Ability to work on shifts
