You will be the central contact point at the reception, taking incoming calls, handling administrative tasks, and supporting internal workflows. You will also take orders, record them in systems, and accompany their processing.
Requirements
- Commercial education or comparable qualification
- More than a few years of professional experience in a comparable position
- Ideally experience in the automotive and industrial industry
- Communication skills, high customer orientation, and a sovereign, professional appearance
- Routinely handling MS Office
- Independent working style, well-developed organizational skills, team ability, and high level of trustworthiness and loyalty
