Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable field
• Strategic understanding of product development and ability to define clear product vision and measurable goals
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills
• Experience translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical thinking and experience working with product metrics and data-driven decision-making
• Agile mindset and hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional development teams
• Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
